作为一个可以独立运作也可以和致佳其他物流系统联合运作的系统，致佳财务系统有其特别的地方是其他财务系统做不到的。 致佳财务系统中基本的财务功能在此不赘述，比如：凭证的产生和处理、凭证核销操作、总账管理、各类财务报表的产生等等。
这里只是介绍一般财务系统做不到的地方。
首先，致佳财务系统可以满足香港的国际财务流程的要求以及国内财务操作的要求。在功能上，致佳财务系统和国际财务比如 MyOB 等是兼容的，同时又和国内的财务系统比如用友的功能兼容。这里所谓的“兼容”除了操作上的兼容外，还有产生的各类文档的兼容。比如 Trial Balance 就有多种输出格式，包括与用友一致的格式。财务的凭证操作、核销操作等支持多种币种（美元、港币、欧元、人民币等），甚至于产生的财务报表（比如 Trial Balance) 允许在同一个报表中输出不同币种，比如：美元应收帐显示美元同时也显示本位币金额。
第二，一般的财务系统 Debtor 不能同时是 Creditor, 但由于物流行业的特殊性，Debtor 是 Creditor 的情况非常多。致佳财务系统允许一个客户是 Debtor 同时又是 Creditor, 而不需要一个公司两个客户账号。这个特点带来致佳独有的客户凭证对冲操作 (Match) 的功能。
第三，致佳财务的凭证数据，所有的操作发票 （Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, Payment, 税务发票 等）会自动按照设置的“数据桥”、按照国内财务要求的 Job Date 的要求导入致佳财务系统的凭证以及总账。这样，免去了手工输入或者通过其他方法导入所带来的数据不一致的问题、数据不及时的问题等严重影响财务数据和财务操作的问题。
第四，由于致佳物流操作系统（海运、空运、货仓等）是基于网络的系统，不同分公司的发票数据可以自动导入同一盘总账。这个对于处理国内没有法人地位的办事处、揽货点等的财务操作非常有用。
第五，致佳财务一些特别的功能，包括：核销 (Settlement)、同一客户对冲 (Match)、不同客户凭证对冲即三角或多角对冲、处理月汇兑损益、处理凭证的汇兑损益、红冲等功能，有些是国内财务特殊要求，有些则是致佳为满足物流行业特殊操作所独有的功能。
第六，财务系统和操作发票的自动联合操作，这里的“自动联合操作”，除了产生发票 (Invoice) 的时候系统会自动产生凭证外，还包括核销凭证的时候会自动核销发票(Invoice)、取消发票的时候会自动取消凭证、财务封帐后不能开发票或者修改发票等的操作。这些就不仅仅是数据一致性的问题了。
第七，致佳财务系统可以为不同的客户量身定做（Customization）。
